Please note that cleaning cannot guarantee the return of a rental deposit, as deposit decisions are made by the landlord, letting agent or deposit scheme and can depend on factors beyond cleaning.

BEFORE WE QUOTE

To provide an accurate fixed price, we’ll ask for a few details:

• Number of bedrooms
• Number of bathrooms/WCs
• Whether the property is furnished or unfurnished
• General condition of the property
• Whether the property has been professionally cleaned previously
• Any areas requiring particular attention
• Your preferred cleaning date

Where helpful, we may ask for photographs or a short video of the property so that we can provide the most accurate quotation possible.

A NOTE ABOUT PROPERTY CONDITION

Our starting prices are based on a property requiring a standard end-of-tenancy clean.

If a property has significant additional cleaning requirements due to heavy soiling, excessive grease, substantial limescale, excessive rubbish, pet-related contamination or prolonged lack of cleaning, we may need to revise the quotation.

We will always discuss any significant additional requirements with you before carrying out the work.

SPECIALIST CLEANING

Our core service is professional end-of-tenancy cleaning.

If your property requires specialist services outside our standard cleaning package, please let us know when requesting your quotation.

Where appropriate, we may be able to recommend or arrange a suitable specialist service through a trusted third-party provider.

Any third-party service would be discussed and agreed separately before booking.
